baby room staff and children ready for an outing from Westwards Nursery LoughboroughOwners Janet and Andrew Ward took over Westwards 20 years ago in 1996, having run our sister nursery for 13 years prior to that. Janet previously worked as an infant school teacher. Since then, Westwards has developed steadily, with the aim of providing high quality care and education in a homely environment.

We are proud of our well qualified staff team and believe that continual professional development is important. We encourage all our staff to develop their qualifications further.

All staff at Westwards have first aid qualifications, food hygiene certificates and fire awareness certificates.
